An astute businessman, he holds vast wealth of experience, has been always aligned with excellence established himself as an expert by enabling a quiet operation and great business turnovers at Birla Group, the Birla Financial Services India (BFSI) he has set his course to steer the Birla Homes to the destiny and founded well esteemed a prestigious ventured into reality sector for the companies in association with the Birla Group.

Sector through various strategic methods and for his leadership quality, as good as his contributions Mr Manoj Singh served as Managing Director of Birla Homes, India’s one of the legacy brand. He brought on the challenge of building the nascent business, with the strong focus on technology, innovation, process engineering and expansion of distribution and scale.

Prior to taking charge as Managing Director of Birla Homes, Mr Singh was associated with Investment Banking & corporate advisory Bangalore based financial advisory company. During his stint in the Company, he worked in the areas of Corporate Advisory and Planning he was also involved in Mergers & Acquisitions activities including private wealth joint ventures and also the lead facilitator in the Group-wide rollout of the Economic Value Added (EVA) initiative for the fellowship.

As the Managing Director, in addition to maintaining responsibility of the company's leadership position, Mr Singh is responsible for Corporate functions including Legal and Regulatory Affairs, Corporate Communications, Strategic Procurement, Information Systems, Investments, Customer forum, and Assurance.
